The Rooftop Cup isn’t your typical youth event.
What started in Philadelphia has now grown into a multi-city event — welcoming over 2,000+ players across Rooftop Cup events in both Philadelphia and Boston.
Played on a rooftop turf field, with city views, nonstop action and unforgettable energy, Rooftop Cup has become one of the most unique soccer experiences in the region.
Teams come to compete.They leave with memories they’ll talk about all season.

Dates: Labor day weekend
Saturday September 5th Boys
Sunday September 6th Girls
Format:
5v5 (4 Field Players + 1 GK)
3 Games Guaranteed (25 Minute Games)
Top Team in Each Group advances to Finals
Games are between 9am - 6pm
*Group play in a designated 3 to 4 hour window- Teams only need to be there for their divisions time frame* *Top Team Advances to final to follow*

Divisions:

Gold Division – Highly competitive teams seeking the strongest level of competition.

Silver Division – Intermediate-level teams seeking balanced and competitive matchups.

Bronze- For developing teams or teams looking for a more balanced level.
Divisions may be combined or adjusted based on the number and level of registered teams.
Teams compete in combinded 2-year age groups.

Please Note:
Rooftop Cup is typically held during 4th of July Weekend in Philadelphia. However, due to the large-scale Philadelphia 250th city celebrations and related event restrictions in Center City, the 2026 event has been moved to Labor Day Weekend.
