Each team must pay a $40 Referee/Facility Fee Per Game (Due Before Each Game)

Premier Champion: $500 Cash Prize, Trophy, and Medals
Men's D3/D4 Champion: Deposit ($150) is covered by LU SPORTS, Trophy & Medals.
Where Can I Play:
**Men's Premier & D3 Players may play In each other's division and vice versa- NOT ALLOWED IN D4**
**Men's D4 may only play in D4**
